1. Return

You didn't like the products you ordered, they didn't fit or you didn't need them?

Then you have the option to return the goods free of charge within 14 days.

Which products can be returned?

Odenwälder BabyNest only accepts returns of items purchased through our website.

Products that you have purchased from another retailer or online shop cannot be returned to us.

Items being returned must:

  • complete, unused and unwashed
  • together with the return slip

be returned.

Who bears the costs of the return shipment?

We will cover the return costs for you.

Please note that this is only possible if you follow the steps below:

  • There is NO return label in the package
  • Send a return request to our support team at service@odenwaelder.de with the following information: order number, name, reason, etc...
  • With this request you will receive a return label by email
  • Please only use the original packaging for your return
  • Now you can pack your return and enclose the completed return slip
  • Drop off your return at a DHL drop-off point near you free of charge
  • If you have any questions about your return, please contact our customer service: service@odenwaelder.de

Within what period of time can I return the goods?

We can only accept your return if you send the goods back to us within fourteen days. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

2. Complaint

If a product that you have purchased in the Odenwälder BabyNest® online shop does not meet the usual quality standards of Odenwälder BabyNest® or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact our customer service immediately at service@odenwaelder.de !

We can only accept your complaint if you inform us immediately after becoming aware of the reason for the complaint. Please describe the reason for the complaint to us in as much detail as possible.

3. Gratiszugaben und Geschenke

Bitte beachte unsere gesonderten Regelungen zu Gratiszugaben und Geschenken in unseren AGB.

4. Spar Sets

Spar Sets können nur im ganzen retourniert werden. Falls eine Retoure mit einem unvollständigen Spar Set zu uns zurück kommt - werden wir eine neue Rechnung mit den behaltenen Artikeln aus dem Spar Set, mit dem regulären Einzelpreisen, erstellen. Erst dann wenn die neue Rechnung beglichen ist wird die Retoure gutgeschrieben.
