1. Return
You didn't like the products you ordered, they don't fit or you don't need them? Then you can of course return the goods free of charge within 14 days.
Which products can be returned?
Odenwälder BabyNest only accepts returns of items purchased through our website.
Products that you have purchased from another retailer or online shop cannot be returned to us.
Items being returned must:
- complete, unused and unwashed
- together with the return slip
be returned.
Who bears the costs of return shipping?
We will cover the costs of returning the goods for you. Please note that this is only possible if you follow the steps below:
- A blank return label is included in the package
- Fill in your return address by hand
- Please enclose the completed return slip with the return
- Please only use the original packaging for your return
- Drop off your return at a DHL drop-off point near you free of charge

Within what period of time can I return the goods?
We can only accept your return if you send or hand over the goods to us within fourteen days. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
2. Complaint
If a product that you have purchased in the Odenwälder BabyNest® online shop does not meet the usual quality standards of Odenwälder BabyNest® or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact our customer service immediately at service@odenwaelder.de ! We can only accept your complaint if you inform us immediately after becoming aware of the reason for the complaint. Please describe the reason for the complaint to us in as much detail as possible.
